富邦人壽與台灣癌症基金會共同推動「全民練5功防癌就輕鬆」系列宣導，肥胖與癌症息息相關，台灣癌症基金會調查指出，近73％網友表示有伴侶後體重變重，高於英國的62％，原因是約會吃大餐，選擇看電影等靜態活動，外食率增6成，運動量減少，近6成的人對伴侶與自己體重容忍度增加。
Ella下午以防癌大使身分出席記者會，結婚4年的她自信表示，「自己沒有幸福肥」，現在都會和老公、朋友相約到河濱公園一起慢跑運動，有人陪伴運動更能持之以恆，她還被同行跑友誇「回頭率很高」，因為常被粉絲認出來而回頭看她。
台灣癌症基金會營養師鄭欣宜強調，落實健康生活型態非常重要，力行全民練5功：「蔬果彩虹579」、「規律運動」、「體重控制」、「遠離菸檳」、「定期篩檢」即可降低60％至70％罹癌風險，不僅為自己，也為愛你的家人、朋友。
針對伴侶間幸福肥趨勢嚴重，鄭欣宜教導「肥胖out經濟學」，約會大餐自己煮，選對食物共同下廚，省錢省熱量，約會出門走走，兩人逛街可消耗180大卡，提戰利品更可多消耗80大卡，睡前來場枕頭大戰，消耗熱量約同跑步半小時924大卡以上，感情升溫也釋放壓力。
Ella表示，平時和老公會互相督促，變胖就開玩笑互稱「母豬」、「大公豬」，也挑戰雙人運動，增加運動樂趣，提升生活情趣；政府針對乳癌、子宮頸癌、口腔癌及大腸癌，提供免費篩檢，她也會定期檢查，落實防癌。1050802
